Ms. Hermes completed her master of science studies as a nurse practitioner at Ball State University. She works in our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department at our west office with Dr. David Lutz to provide outpatient rehabilitation and pain management services to a wide range of patients. An Allen County native, Ms. Hermes grew up in Roanoke.
