NeuroSpine and Pain Surgery Center

After a great deal of planning and specialized development, the first surgeries were performed in the new NeuroSpine and Pain Surgery Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in January 2007. The Surgery Center, located on the campus of Lutheran Hospital, is a joint venture owned by the neurosurgeons and the physical medicine physicians of the NeuroSpine and Pain Center and Lutheran Hospital of Indiana; it serves patients throughout Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio.

NeuroSpine and Pain Surgery Center concentrates on neck and back surgery to treat low back pain, upper back pain, neck pain, muscle pain and neck pain, as well as offering pain management. There are 10 pre- and post-surgical rooms, six recovery beds, three surgical suites and one procedure room. The structure was built with utmost concern for patient and family privacy and support during recovery; if needed, overnight accommodations are available without hospital registration or charges.

Cutting-edge technology at NeuroSpine and Pain Center is housed within a warm, comfortable setting designed with the care of patients and their families in mind. The most advanced techniques, minimally invasive instruments, modern surgical approaches and the area’s top surgeons combine to afford patients a quick return to home and to their lives, pain free.

The Surgery Center is a resource for NeuroSpine and Pain Center’s seven board-certified neurosurgeons:
